About Us
C90 Consulting works with schools and education providers to create learning environments that genuinely support neurodivergent students. We help teams strengthen their inclusive practices through tailored consulting, staff training, and practical, evidence-informed strategies that educators can put into action.
What makes C90 different is the philosophy behind it — a blend of lived experience, creativity, and a strong belief that learning should feel fun, motivating, and meaningful. This approach has been shaped and proven through Luke Ferguson’s award-winning work at The Woden School, a specialist high school for neurodivergent young people, and through the success of Daydream Machine, his project-based workshop program that has quickly become a thriving, joyful community space.
C90 brings that same energy into the consulting space: hands-on, human-centred, and grounded in what actually works. Whether it’s designing STEM enrichment programs, improving support systems, or helping teams build confidence around neurodiversity, we focus on creating environments where students feel capable, curious, and excited to learn.
Our purpose is simple — to help organisations create learning spaces that are fun, inclusive, and genuinely enjoyable for every kind of mind.
Meet The Founder
Luke Ferguson is the founder of Daydream Machine - a project based STEM studio where neurodivergent young people can explore their interests and talents. Luke has been recognised for his leadership in inclusive education, earning the 2022 ACT Local Hero AOTY Award, the 2019 Excellence in Support Work at the Chief Minister’s Inclusion Awards, and the 2021 Outstanding Youth Worker Award at the Youth Coalition ceremony.
Luke created Daydream Machine to give neurodivergent young people a space to explore their interests through creative, project-based learning. Since opening in 2022, it has become a vibrant, supportive hub built around curiosity, confidence, and fun.
Luke launched C90 Consulting to share this approach more broadly with schools and organisations. After seeing how thoughtful design, engagement, and neurodiversity-affirming practices transformed outcomes for his students, he wanted to help education providers build learning environments where every student feels understood, included, and able to thrive.
